Mr. Felix Feng holds a master's degree in Management Science. Since joining Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. in 2005, he has accumulated extensive professional knowledge and practical experience in the fields of government and enterprise digital transformation, as well as artificial intelligence. 

Having worked in China for nearly 20 years, he has witnessed the entire process of digital transformation and the implementation of artificial intelligence across various industries in China, including government, telecommunications, finance, education, and healthcare. He has been deeply involved in the top-level design of digital transformation for numerous large-scale clients and the development planning of artificial intelligence, demonstrating profound insights into the evolution of AI.

Currently, as the President of Huawei Cloud North Africa, he is responsible for promoting and implementing digital and intelligent transformation in countries across the North Africa region.
