With more than twenty years of experience in the area of implementing high-level trade and environment and telecommunication and information technology agreements in the Arab region. Mr. Wali is   currently the Head of the ICT Development in the  Arab League in Cairo.  Over the course of his career, he has gathered a diverse portfolio of professional experiences, working with multi-lateral organizations in the Arab world which have led him to become a regional expert in his areas of specialization.  He is managing the following duties as the  Technical Secretariat for the permanent Arab committee for communication and information technology and the Technical Secretariat for the permanent Arab committee for post  and the Technical secretariat for the executive committee and Arab council for the ministers responsible for communication and information technology. Moreover ,providing assistance to Arab countries on the country’s capital level to enhance their cooperation with the International Telecommunication Union and Universal Postal Union.
