Mr. Calvain Nangue

Calvain Raoul Nangue is a results-driven digital transformation leader with over 18 years of experience shaping Africa's ICT skills landscape. As a Strategic Advisor at Smart Africa, he spearheads continental capacity-building initiatives, most notably the implementation of the Smart Africa Digital Academy (SADA). He has co-developed foundational frameworks like the continental ICT Skills Capacity Building Blueprint and directly facilitated the training of over 7,000 government leaders across more than ten countries, pioneering hybrid learning methods to scale access.

His expertise was honed during a significant tenure at Cisco Systems, where he managed the Networking Academy program across Francophone Africa. There, he scaled digital skills training to over 300 institutions, cultivated strategic partnerships with multiple ministries, and integrated IT curricula into national education strategies.

With a career foundation in academia and on-the-ground program management, Calvain possesses a unique blend of strategic policy advisory skills and practical execution experience in learning design and multi-stakeholder engagement.
